Our last event was a great success! We travel all over France and this time we were in Lyon!
The client’s objectives
The client contacted us to organise the company’s end-of-year seminar: their objectives were as follows:
- Reunite and strengthen the team to thank them by celebrating the year’s achievements for one day.
- Discuss and plan the objectives for the coming year at a meeting the next morning.
The activity day
The event started with a coffee reception at the prestigious Sofitel Hotel, where participants met and exchanged ideas before starting the day’s activities.
The first activity of the day took place at Dream Away, an innovative virtual reality space that allowed participants to play together and discover new experiences. This activity impressed the participants and demonstrated the agency’s commitment to providing unique experiences.
At lunchtime, we invited the participants to discover the culinary specialities of the city by visiting a Lyonnais bouchon Chez La Mère Léa. This allowed the participants to taste the delicious specialities of the Lyon region and to discover the local culinary traditions.
After lunch, we continued with a more traditional, but equally entertaining activity!
The participants had the choice between karting or bowling at Park Events and were able to enjoy the competition and the good mood.
To close this successful day, we organised a meal on the Rhône on board the Yachts de Lyon.
Participants were able to enjoy a 2-hour cruise and taste a top-of-the-range meal in the colours of the cruise, accompanied by a food and wine matching animation by two oenologists followed by a spirits tasting in the form of a poker table!
Sailing at night through the beautiful city of Lyon added to the unique and memorable experience of our event.
The next day’s meeting
The next day, the seminar ended with a meeting at the Sofitel Hotel, which had a large meeting room to accommodate all participants. During the morning, we also provided coffee breaks to allow participants to relax and chat with each other.
All in all, the event agency was able to offer a day full of emotions and varied activities to its participants. From the coffee reception to the cruise on the Rhône, everything was organised to ensure a successful and unforgettable experience. The agency is proud of its work and hopes to organise many more such events in the future.
